Course Description

CTET Exam Eligibility Criteria

Note : Now Students can take CTET exam in any semester of their educational diploma course. It means if a student clears CTET exam in 1^st semester of BTC/B.Ed, it will be valid.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)

CTET is a national level entrance exam conducted by CBSE twice every year to recruit skilled teachers for Primary and Elementary level.

Qualifications:

According to the CBSE, the Candidates must have the following minimum educational qualifications:

For Teachers of Classes l-V (Primary Stage)

Senior Secondary (50% marks) & 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
Senior Secondary (45% marks) & 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE OR
Senior Secondary (50% marks) & 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) OR
Senior Secondary (50% marks) & 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
Graduation (50%
