Non-Fiscal Interventions:
- Adoption of Industry 4.0: Promote integration of digital tech and advanced manufacturing standards to improve efficiency.
- International Collaboration: Encourage joint ventures (JVs), foreign cooperation, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to expand global market access.
