Pilot Project for Cultivation of Cannabis
- Himachal Pradesh government approved a pilot project for cultivation of cannabis or hemp.
- The state’s agriculture department has been designated as the nodal agency for this initiative.
Agriculture University in Palampur and Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture in Nauni, Solan, will collaborate on a study, to evaluate the potential for cannabis cultivation in the future. |
MoU between Tripura and DIBD
- Tripura has become the first North East State, to sign a MOU agreement with Digital India Bhashini Division (DIBD), to increase the usage of the rich regional languages of Tripura.

- Cred becomes the first fintech platform in India to offer access to the e-rupee, a digital currency launched by the Reserve Bank of India.
