Justice Biplab Sarma committee

  • The Assam Cabinet has decided to implement 57 of the 67 recommendations of the Justice Biplab Sarma committee on Clause 6 of the Assam Accord, aiming to protect the land, language, and culture of the state's indigenous people.
  • The Justice Biplab Sarma committee is to be implemented by April 15 next year.

  • Signed on: 15th August 1985
  • Determined 1st January 1966 as the cut-off date for the purpose of detection and deletion of foreigners and allowed for citizenship for all persons coming to Assam from “Specified Territory” before the cut-off date.

MoU between CAG India and UAE Accountability Authority

Required Navigation Performance Authorization Required is a navigation guidance system that helps aircraft fly accurately into challenging terrains or aerodromes.
