She-Box Portal

  • Union Minister Annpurna Devi has launched the She-Box portal in New Delhi,  to make workplaces safer for women.
  • It is a centralized platform for registering and monitoring complaints of sexual harassment of women at the workplace.

  • Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated a state-of-the-art sports academy, complex, and university at Rajgir, the first in the country to have all three in one location.
  • Complex is also equipped with a 24-bed hospital with modern treatment facilities for sports injuries.

  • Bangladesh has won SAFF (South Asian Football Federation) U-20 Championship football tournament after defeating hosts Nepal by 4-1 in the final.
