8th Dharma Dhamma International Conference

  • India Foundation, in collaboration with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad is organisedthe 8th International Dharma Dhamma Conference in Ahmedabad.

Space Vision 2047

  •  On the occasion of the first National Space Day, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh outlined the Space Vision 2047, which includes the commissioning of the Bharatiya Antariksha Station (BAS) by 2035 and Indian astronauts landing on the Moon by 2040.

e-magazine ‘Sapno ki Udaan’

  • Shri Dharmendra Pradhan releases inaugural edition of e-magazine ‘Sapno ki Udaan’ on virtual platform on National Space Day to commemorate 1st anniversary of landing of Chandrayaan-3.

Reducing pesticide

  • In the 44th meeting of the Central Advisory Committee held in New Delhi, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) urged states to establish inter-ministerial committees to focus on reducing pesticide use and developing strategies to monitor and regulate pesticides at the farmer level.
  •  FSSAI also ordered Food Business Operators (FBOs) and e-commerce FBOs to remove all claims regarding A1 and A2 types of milk and dairy products from all packaging.
