Exercise Bharat Shakti
- PM Narendra Modi along with delegates from more than 30 nations witnessed the tri-service exercise ‘Bharat Shakti’ at the Pokhran field firing range in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
- ‘Bharat Shakti’ exercise involves the showcasing of the calibrated tactical employment of niche technology in a tri-services environment against perceived threats.

India’s Techade: Chips for Viksit Bharat
- PM Narendra Modi participated in ‘India’s Techade: Chips for Viksit Bharat’ and laid the foundation stone of three semiconductor projects worth about Rs 1.25 lakh crore.
- Foundation stone is being laid for the Semiconductor fabrication facility at the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), Gujarat; Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Morigaon, Assam; and the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Sanand, Gujarat.
Kochrab Ashram
- PM Narendra Modi inaugurated Kochrab Ashram in Sabarmati, Gujarat.
- It was the first Ashram established by Mahatma Gandhi after coming to India from South Africa in 1915.
- The Prime Minister also launched the Master Plan of the Gandhi Ashram Memorial.
MoU signed between NIELIT and ITI Egypt
- An MoU has been signed between National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) and Information Technology Institute (ITI) Egypt in Cairo, Egypt to foster mutual collaboration for improving workforce skills, promoting employment opportunities, addressing skills gaps, and fostering international cooperation.
India’s 1st FutureLABS center
- Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar inaugurated India’s 1st FutureLABS center at C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram.
- An MoU was signed between C-DAC(T) and Tata Power for the development and deployment of microgrid technologies.

- Chairperson, Lokpal of India, Justice Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar administered the oath of office to Justice Lingappa Narayana Swamy and Justice Sanjay Yadav as Judicial Member and Sushil Chandra as Member of Lokpal of India in New Delhi.
- The idea of creating an anti-corruption ombudsman, in the form of a Lokpal, was first conceptualized in 1968 in the fourth Lok Sabha.

- PM Narendra Modi inaugurated “India’s first automobile in-plant railway siding” at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd’s (MSIL) wholly owned subsidiary Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Ltd.’s unit in Becharaji, Gujarat.
