Project Collaboration Agreement
- To standardize Traditional and Complementary Medical Systems, integrate their quality and safety aspects into the National Health System, and disseminate them at the international level Ministry of Ayush and World Health Organization (WHO) have signed Traditional and Complementary Medicine 'Project Collaboration Agreement' in Geneva.
- To fulfil this objective, Traditional Medicine Global Strategy 2025-34 will be prepared by WHO with the support of the Ministry of Ayush.

Action Plan for improving LPI Ranking
- A meeting on Measures Taken and Action Plan for improving India's Logistics Performance Index (LPI) ranking was held under the chairpersonship of Special Secretary (Logistics), DPIIT, with the nodal officers of the LPI dedicated cell formed in eleven Stakeholder Ministries/Departments.

- President Mohamed Muizzu of the Maldives formally requested that India withdraw its troops from his strategically located archipelago.

Stage-IV of revised GRAP
- The Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR & Adjoining Areas (CAQM) has revoked Stage-IV of revised Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in the entire NCR. All actions under Stages-I to Stage-III of GRAP shall however remain invoked and be implemented, monitored and reviewed by all agencies concerned in the entire NCR to ensure that the AQI levels do not slip further to the ‘Severe’/ ‘Severe +’ category.

Indian Navy Ocean Sailing Race 2023
- The Indian Navy's Inter-Command Ocean Sailing Race 2023 is scheduled for November 22–26, 2023. The race will take place from Kochi to Goa. The Indian Naval Sailing Association (INSA) in New Delhi will oversee the event.

LCA Mark 1A
- The Indian Air Force is working on a project to develop an indigenous jammer pod for the homegrown LCA Mark 1A fighter aircraft. The LCA Mk1A is an improved variant of the indigenously developed LCA MK1.
